Service
PassportFrame helps you prepare passport and visa photos using automated cropping, background processing, and compliance checks. We are not a government agency and do not guarantee acceptance by any authority. Final approval is always the issuing office's decision.
Accounts and orders
You may preview photos without payment. When you pay, you receive a license to download the processed files for personal use related to your application. Do not resell or redistribute our output as a photo service.
Acceptable use
PassportFrame is for your own legitimate passport, visa, and similar identity applications only. You must upload photos you have the right to use (typically your own selfie). Do not use the service for deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation, fraudulent documents, or processing another person's likeness without consent. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses.
Refunds
See our money-back guarantee if a government rejects the exact file we delivered. Other refund requests are handled at our discretion via support@passportframe.com.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
